O Professor Wellington Genuíno, idealizador do Projeto AQUA. Aproveitou o feriado de Corpus Christi, para fiscalizar as obras do PAC e Compesa no terreno da escola onde ele trabalha como Professor de Matemática, e que foram retomadas está semana, após quase 2 anos que a obra estava praticamente parada.
